Electricity & industrial premises
The site has an existing 2 MW electrical connection and an industrial building that can be adapted to a partner’s production requirements.
ODESA REGION · UKRAINE
An industrial and logistics platform beside the Pivdennyi port cluster. Bring production, cargo preparation and international trade closer together.
9 hectares today. A wider development vision for tomorrow.

THE PLATFORM
GreenVita Port combines industrial premises and development space near specialised port infrastructure.
We welcome partners in manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, grain containerisation and value-added cargo processing. Projects can be tailored to the required process, space and utilities.

Connection to the main gas network can be explored. Capacity, connection terms and the required works would be established for the project.
LOCATION IS AN ADVANTAGE
Located in Odesa Region, near the Port of Pivdennyi and TIS, GreenVita Port is close to container terminals, grain and dry-bulk handling facilities, and vegetable-oil processing and storage.

We welcome project proposals that connect industrial space with the needs of export logistics and surrounding production businesses.
Projects for stuffing grain into containers, cargo consolidation, packing and preparation for onward shipment.
Container stuffing · ConsolidationCleaning, sorting, splitting, polishing and packing, with the process tailored to the partner’s product and target market.
Processing · Product preparationSpace for projects involving the assembly, manufacture and servicing of electrical and energy equipment, including transformers. Premises and utilities can be tailored to the production process.
Assembly · Manufacturing · ServiceProject opportunities in refining, bottling, packing and related services, close to an established vegetable-oil industry.
Refining · Bottling · PackingDedicated customs warehousing facilities can be developed within the site. Operation requires the facilities to meet Ukrainian customs requirements and obtain the necessary authorisation.
Storage · Customs warehousing potentialRepair workshops, spare parts, packaging materials and auxiliary production serving port-linked and processing businesses.
Maintenance · Packaging · SuppliesProjects are developed around the partner’s process, equipment and utility requirements.
AN EXISTING STARTING POINT
An industrial building originally developed for an international electrical-equipment project.
GreenVita Port welcomes new manufacturing and technology partners seeking premises for production, assembly or servicing.
Fit-out, floor loading, handling equipment, testing facilities and utility requirements would be reviewed against the intended process.
Discuss a manufacturing project ↗PHASED DEVELOPMENT
Existing site and industrial premises, with a connected electrical supply.
Expansion to a wider area of up to 250 hectares can be explored, subject to land assembly, technical feasibility and project approvals.
A potential separate railway spur can be explored as part of a larger development, subject to engineering feasibility and permissions.
PROJECT PLANNING
The site offers 9 hectares, an existing industrial building and a 2 MW electrical connection. We can discuss space, fit-out and utility requirements for your operation.
Yes. Dedicated facilities can be developed within the site and authorised under Ukraine’s Customs Code. The storage model and any processing activities are planned around the partner’s cargo flows and the applicable customs requirements.
Customs authorisation guidance ↗Leasing of premises or space, tailored development and investment cooperation can be explored. The scope of works, responsibilities, commercial terms and timing would be agreed for each project.
